To advance community-led forest governance ATREE has been conducting the following activities:

socio-ecological research to address sustainable forest management issues, policy gaps, and NTFP-based livelihoods;
awareness and training for local stakeholders such as CSOs, government officials and Gram Sabha members
policy analysis and outreach for removing barriers, promoting claim-making, and enhancing livelihood outcomes.
