Surya Prakash holds a Master’s degree in Ecology and Environment Studies from Nalanda University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His research interests include groundwater resources, water quality assessment, hydrogeology, Remote Sensing and GIS applications, and sustainable water resource management. He has experience in groundwater potential zone mapping, water quality monitoring, and environmental data analysis. He has also contributed to an ICSSR-funded research project under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), examining the impacts of rural drinking water interventions on water accessibility, quality, public health,
