We are looking for a Research Assistant to support ongoing work on wetlands and tanks in South Tamil Nadu. The role involves field-based data collection on water quality, aquatic vegetation, and biodiversity across multiple taxa, along with maintaining field records and datasets.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Forestry, or a related field, and be comfortable working in outdoor conditions and travelling across rural landscapes. Prior field experience and knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage.

Duration: 6 months (extendable)
