Snigdha completed her Master’s in Environmental Studies (Conservation Practices) from ATREE, Bengaluru. Her broader research interests lie in biodiversity conservation, species interactions, and the ecological impacts of climate change, with a particular focus on butterfly ecology. Alongside research, she explores science communication through visual storytelling. She previously worked with NIAS (National Institute of Advanced Studies) as a graphic illustrator on a project addressing Illegal Wildlife Trade in India, where she developed comic strips translating research findings from the main report on wildlife trade trends into engaging and accessible content for wider public outreach.
