Hymavathi is a Civil Engineering graduate with a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering. Her interest in RS&GIS led her to investigate its applications in water resources engineering, focusing on improving management and facilitating informed decision making. Her current work primarily centered on researching and implementing nature based solutions to restore and safeguard lakes, with an emphasis on sustainable methods to revive water bodies.
