HR Officer

Description

The HR Officer will provide support in recruitment, administrative tasks and assist in all HR related functions which shall contribute to smooth functioning of the HR office. This role requires good co-ordination skills, time-management and communication skills with a keen interest to learn and apply knowledge.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment process – publishing of job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, maintain recruitment tracker, feedback and other formal communications to applicants.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Assist in generation of offer letters and Contracts.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Update HRMS and leave management systems.
  • Organize physical and digital filing of HR documents.
  • Assist in compensations and benefits process, contract management, leave management, correspondence, staff separation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as training facilitators etc., when required.

HR Process improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes.
  • Support digitalization aimed at improving HR operations.
  • Assist in improving existing HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in similar role.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A good team player.
