The Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) has recently published a draft Wetlands (Conservation and Management) Rules, 2009 and was made available for public comments. ATREE’s Wetland conservation team has done a detailed analysis of the same and the suggestions were submitted to the ministry.
